Celebrate the season with us at our highly anticipated event!

Join us for a festive evening at the Banquet Hall at Post 420 (190 Excelsior Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866) on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

A Night of Culinary Delight

We’re thrilled to have PDT Catering providing a delicious main course, including:

• Chicken Involtini
• Chicken Parmigiana
• Beef Tips
• Rigatoni Bolognese
• Eggplant Rollatini
• Penne with Marinara Sauce
• Cavatappi with Alfredo Sauce

As a nod to tradition, we’re bringing back the potluck-style appetizers and desserts! Please bring your favorite dish to share with the Stryders community—whether it's a savory starter or a sweet treat, we’d love to taste what you bring.

Cash Bar + Complimentary Drink
Quench your thirst at the cash bar, and enjoy one complimentary drink courtesy of the Stryders when you arrive (you’ll receive a raffle ticket at the door).

Celebrating 40 Years of Community
This year, the Stryders are covering the cost of the event in honor of our 40th Anniversary and to thank our amazing members for their continued support.

Donation Opportunity
In keeping with our recent tradition, we have decided not to host a gift exchange this year. Instead of spending money on individual gifts, we encourage all attendees to contribute to our collective donation effort. All proceeds will benefit two wonderful local organizations: Shelters of Saratoga and the Franklin Community Center.

While we previously suggested a $20 cap for gifts, we ask that you consider donating this amount (or any amount you feel comfortable with) to support this year’s chosen charities. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need this holiday season.

Support the Saratoga Stryders – Love Our Locals 2024 Campaign
As part of our ongoing efforts to promote fitness, running, and community engagement, we invite you to participate in the Love Our Locals 2024 Campaign.

While donations are optional, they are vital to our mission. The Saratoga Stryders relies on membership fees, donations, and club-organized races to support our events and activities. Your contributions help us continue our work and give back to the local community.

Love Our Locals $20.24 Campaign runs through December 31, 2024. When you make a donation of $20.24 to the Saratoga Stryders before the end of the year, you’ll be entered to win a $100 gift card to one of many well-known Saratoga County businesses!
